Very good facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, mostly if you're staying in the main building. We first had a room in side building which was small and uncomfortable. We asked it to be replaced and got a room in the main building which was considerably better. Been in this hotel twice, and both times were really similar : good facilities, great view, great rooms (main building), not good customer service. The staff is mostly unwilling to help or in most cases has no idea how to do so. Most of the personnel is young kids who really don't know how to provide customer service which will be applicable to such hotel. Even when you ask for the duty manager, you get a 25 year old who has no sense of customer relations. Breakfast is really good, especially the deserts. Everything was fresh and high-quality. Dinner was mediocre. It's a pity because this establishment has the potential to be a real deluxe hotel, someone in charge should upgrade service orientation.
Expensive and not sure it worth the price. Service was very good and all employees and staff are super friendly. Parking lot (not always available) and gorgeous view of the ocean and the area. The rooms: not clean. The small table at the balcony was not clean and had food on it from previous gusted. Bathrooms and shower: not what I expect from a place that charge you over $500 a night!! Food: breakfast was very good and might have been the best part of our stay. Bottom line: over priced.
A classic case of how a very bad service can ruin a great facility. The hotel is great, rooms are comfortable and in good size, the service is very bad, no chance to talk with the reception at the phone, they don't answer. Every request takes them hours to respond, simple things like no soap in the room, need for clean blanket to get a service you have to run after them. Spare 25% of your vacation time to deal with that. Make sure a head that you are going to get the room that you ordered, we didn't. On the good side, breakfast is very good, pool is nice and landscape you view is great. I'm not sure I will come back.
Beautiful views, great pool. Nice staff. Nice room. Lovely artwork throughout the hotel. We saw an excellent music concert while we were there in a great concerthall within the hotel. We recommend it. The food was good but not great.
Stayed for 1 night and just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Got a room only at 7 pm. When I got to the room there were bugs of other guests in the room. The room was not clean and the TV didn't work and one light was a kissing the cap. The breakfast was poor and the restaurant wasn't clean. Won't go back to this hotel ever again
