The Pearls 1 is a Jaffa house located in the heart of the old city of Jaffa, and is a space for private events for up to 28 people around a table and up to 35 people for cocktail events in the house. There are several different spaces: 1. The delicatessen room and the concept store of the house 2. An intimate and designed lounge 3. The central space used as the seating and events area 4. A low seating gallery designed in a Jaffa style. Beyond the events, the space is also used as a site run-off area, a location for productions and photographs, a gallery for exhibited art, launch seminars, and changing workshops.
WeWork is negotiating a deal to lease half of the ToHa office tower, which is currently being built on Totzeret Ha'Aretz Street. It is estimated that rents in the common workspace will range from 70-80 NIS per square meter.
Mindspace, the co-working spaces chain, has rented four additional floors of 3,500 sq.m. in Zion House on Rothschild Boulevard and will increase the existing Rothschild branch to 5,200 sq.m.
The opening of the new space is expected at the beginning of next year.
