Kenkenlolo is a work place suited for entrepreneurs, freelancers, people of culture, design, production, and any field whose creation is its beating heart. The complex was established by Gilad Admoni and Sharon Arbiv, who work in the field of music and artists' management, in order to provide a pleasant and inexpensive work space in Tel Aviv and to share space and work among people from different fields. The size of each office is 25 meters, and each member enjoys complete privacy, natural lighting from the large windows and furniture.
In addition, there is a meeting room for 25-10 participants and a coworking space that is designed to rent personal positions for independent work. On the floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (coffee and soda water) and plants for a green environment. The complex is located on Menachem Begin Street in Tel Aviv.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, espresso machine, Tami 4 and sparkling water.
The complex has a meeting room for the use of the tenants by prior arrangement, and soon a creative room will be launched for creating and writing with a piano for the use of writers, composers and musicians.

The complex is spread over an office floor in the south of the city, 7 Menachem Begin Street in Tel Aviv (Gan HaHashmal and Levinsky Market corner) and offers a number of spaces for rent and additional options for cooperation.
WeWork is negotiating a deal to lease half of the ToHa office tower, which is currently being built on Totzeret Ha'Aretz Street. It is estimated that rents in the common workspace will range from 70-80 NIS per square meter.
Mindspace, the co-working spaces chain, has rented four additional floors of 3,500 sq.m. in Zion House on Rothschild Boulevard and will increase the existing Rothschild branch to 5,200 sq.m.
The opening of the new space is expected at the beginning of next year.
