We has a hard time getting Urban Place to give us our security deposit back, but after lodging a complaint we were contacted by the CEO, who apologised and brought the matter to a speedy resolution. After a staff change, I believe the message was heard.

Never see the staff, very dirty all around, barely any coffee, Happy hour is a disgrace, rooms resemble prison cells. It says it's open 24 hours but that's not true. They are open from 08:00-18:00, don't even have time to exercise in their gym if you work 9 hours. Run the other way
