Work space has become a serious trend in the startup hitchhiking landscape in Israel. The Herzliya mixer complex is well-equipped and feels very expensive, giving the feeling of a luxury hotel. Everything is emphasized in great detail, the work and atmosphere in the place is very pleasant and the staff is exceptional. A huge drawback that cannot be quantified in words is the gym in the building. As an employee who moved from a competing work space, in a high-tech building in Tel Aviv where a lot of resources were invested in building a modern and spacious gym. The gym in the building where Mixer is located, in the heart of the Herzliya Hills area, raises deep questions about the planners' abilities. This is a small gym for the ridiculous level, equipped in the most minimalist and most serious way, with a free weight / squat area that allows only one person to train there at any given time, without risking other trainees. About sifting or training a little more professional than pressing a little on the machine while flipping through Facebook, there is nothing to talk about. It is puzzling to me that a mixer is connected to a building that does not allow its occupants to train properly, especially in relation to competitors in the market, who understand the meaning of the benefit to the employee. It is a pity that there is no solution other than to train early in the morning near the house in Tel Aviv, and only after a shower to start the road to Herzliya.
