The project is intended, among other things, for business people who need a response to their work needs during their stay in Israel. The hotel will offer 8 floors of hotel rooms to its guests. The hotel also offers meeting rooms, a gym, spa, dining and beverage services. It is expected to open in 2018 on Shaul Hamelech Street in Tel Aviv, near Ichilov Hospital, the Tel Aviv Museum and the Court.
The Dan Hotels chain includes 14 hotels, business lounges for VIP customers at Ben-Gurion Airport, the King David Tower in Tel Aviv, which includes apartments and commercial space, and holds a third of the shopping mall Panorama Mall in Haifa. WeWork is negotiating a deal to lease half of the ToHa office tower, which is currently being built on Totzeret Ha'Aretz Street. It is estimated that rents in the common workspace will range from 70-80 NIS per square meter.
Mindspace, the co-working spaces chain, has rented four additional floors of 3,500 sq.m. in Zion House on Rothschild Boulevard and will increase the existing Rothschild branch to 5,200 sq.m.
The opening of the new space is expected at the beginning of next year.
