The New Media College campus offers personal work stations including rent and municipal taxes, orthopedic chairs, high-speed internet access with fiber optics and WiFi, free use of coffee and refreshments, meeting room use and a young and innovative enrivonment. In addition, the complex includes a spacious and comfortable waiting area, a coffee bar and refreshments, a refrigerator, microwave, toaster and so on. The New Media College is located on Menachem Begin Road 48 in Tel Aviv, in a convenient location for public transportation, and many parking lots are nearby.
The New Media College, established in 2010 as part of the veteran NDI Tech Group, offers a range of training and courses, both in personal and organizational settings and is considered the pioneer in its field in Israel with the development and marketing of the first course of its kind in Israel.
WeWork is negotiating a deal to lease half of the ToHa office tower, which is currently being built on Totzeret Ha'Aretz Street. It is estimated that rents in the common workspace will range from 70-80 NIS per square meter.
Mindspace, the co-working spaces chain, has rented four additional floors of 3,500 sq.m. in Zion House on Rothschild Boulevard and will increase the existing Rothschild branch to 5,200 sq.m.
The opening of the new space is expected at the beginning of next year.
