Amot Investments, part of the Aloni Hetz Group, has signed an agreement with the Fattal Hotel chain for a two-story lease of a total area of approximately 1,400 square meters in the tower, adjacent to the NYX Hotel.

The security guards smoke inside the lobby at night at the lobby desk and the smell emanates throughout the tower. Also was stuck in the elevator once for two hours because the guards forgot to tell the next shift it was stuck. With the light rail construction, it has made the area less convenient and less safe. My phone got stolen right outside the building. Also parking should be open on Saturdays. A
An OK office, one side with a great ocean view. Tge light train makes it hard to access the building parking.
It's a lovely industrial tower. Nice coffee shop, and plenty of elevators.
Good area to for high tech companies, navigating is hard with the train construction

WeWork is negotiating a deal to lease half of the ToHa office tower, which is currently being built on Totzeret Ha'Aretz Street. It is estimated that rents in the common workspace will range from 70-80 NIS per square meter.
Mindspace, the co-working spaces chain, has rented four additional floors of 3,500 sq.m. in Zion House on Rothschild Boulevard and will increase the existing Rothschild branch to 5,200 sq.m.
The opening of the new space is expected at the beginning of next year.
