Baghdad Salon is a collaborative work space designed for artists, creators, designers, freelancers who are looking for a place to work. Each membrane receives a private room without dividing into cubes or drywall. The entire building belongs to the living room, on the roof floor are various types of studio for rent, as well as a photo gallery, craft and local Tel Aviv creation and garden. The compound membranes enjoy mentorship meetings, investor meetings, sports circles and more.

This bar/club is set in a very central location, has a dance floor pretty small that can fit 20 people no more. There's a nice backyard, very big and nice to chill but takes most of the attention from the dancing and drinking inside. The drinks are priced good compared to other bars but still not recommended to get there sober. Depends on the people the amount of fun you'll have.

WeWork is negotiating a deal to lease half of the ToHa office tower, which is currently being built on Totzeret Ha'Aretz Street. It is estimated that rents in the common workspace will range from 70-80 NIS per square meter.
Mindspace, the co-working spaces chain, has rented four additional floors of 3,500 sq.m. in Zion House on Rothschild Boulevard and will increase the existing Rothschild branch to 5,200 sq.m.
The opening of the new space is expected at the beginning of next year.
