An embracing space that feels like home, interwoven with a local charm created by the owner of the place, Iris. I rent the place for celebrate my 70 birthday, at the end of January, the party had been programaded at march 20.At the end of february the goverment close all parties because of the Covid 19.When I ask for my money back, almost one month before the birthday, she decline to give it.I will see her in court.

WeWork is negotiating a deal to lease half of the ToHa office tower, which is currently being built on Totzeret Ha'Aretz Street. It is estimated that rents in the common workspace will range from 70-80 NIS per square meter.
Mindspace, the co-working spaces chain, has rented four additional floors of 3,500 sq.m. in Zion House on Rothschild Boulevard and will increase the existing Rothschild branch to 5,200 sq.m.
The opening of the new space is expected at the beginning of next year.
