The business lounge of Birthright and the Securities Exchange is located in the heart of the transparent atrium in the Securities Exchange building, located in the heart of the Israeli innovation arena on Ahuzat Beit Street in Tel Aviv, adjacent to Rothschild Boulevard. The venue offers a variety of accommodation options: conference rooms suitable for 6-13 guests and the lounge area which includes tables for seating in open space. The conference rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi and a smart TV connection. The complex has a fully equipped kitchenette that includes a coffee corner, a Nespresso coffee machine and light drinks. Meeting rooms are currently leased and are currently offered free of charge, for a limited time.
The Center for Israeli Innovation is housed in the building of the Israeli Stock Exchange, which was established in 2016 by Taglit in collaboration with the Israel Stock Exchange. Birthright is the largest Jewish educational organization in existence, which educates about 50,000 young Jews from around the world every year. The Securities Exchange is a major player in the Israeli economy and is at the heart of the Israeli innovation ecosystem. In the summer of 2019, Birthright and the Securities Exchange decided to expand cooperation and establish a business space for holding internal and external meetings.
WeWork is negotiating a deal to lease half of the ToHa office tower, which is currently being built on Totzeret Ha'Aretz Street. It is estimated that rents in the common workspace will range from 70-80 NIS per square meter.
Mindspace, the co-working spaces chain, has rented four additional floors of 3,500 sq.m. in Zion House on Rothschild Boulevard and will increase the existing Rothschild branch to 5,200 sq.m.
The opening of the new space is expected at the beginning of next year.
