Radial 17 is the young home of southern Tel Aviv, located near the entrance to the Hope Market, working to give the young people of the southern city, ages 18-35, various platforms and responses relevant to this period. The home's activities are focused on the areas of cultural and leisure, escort and personal development, social entrepreneurship and the creation of various target communities for young people in southern Tel Aviv. Bordiel will find a free study / work space open every day, various rental spaces, employment consulting, education, scholarship and more, and a rooftop overlooking the entire southern city and will serve as a home for various cultural events. Great place to study, there is a quiet atmosphere and nice design, there is WiFi and a quiet room for learning if you want less noise.

WeWork is negotiating a deal to lease half of the ToHa office tower, which is currently being built on Totzeret Ha'Aretz Street. It is estimated that rents in the common workspace will range from 70-80 NIS per square meter.
Mindspace, the co-working spaces chain, has rented four additional floors of 3,500 sq.m. in Zion House on Rothschild Boulevard and will increase the existing Rothschild branch to 5,200 sq.m.
The opening of the new space is expected at the beginning of next year.
