The Fabric House is a collaborative work space for fashion and sewing first of its kind in the country, for beginning designers, students and sewing lovers. The place is meticulously designed, equipped with high-quality professional equipment and creates a creative and pleasant atmosphere for work. The Canvas House provides image services, sewing and technical illustrations. Also, there is a professional team accompanying the creators in the creative process. The members of the venue enjoy content evenings, lectures, workshops, fashion and pop events, in the fashion and textile fields. The workspace provides you with various industrial sewing machines, cutting tables, irons, mannequins, frog products and a free-range cutter bank. Rental options in the complex include monthly position rentals, hourly position rentals, 10 or 30 hour ticket purchases, and space for courses and workshops.
The fabric house complex was founded by Abigail Koren and Leider Avitan, a Shankar graduate in the fashion design department. Out of love for the fashion field and understanding the needs of young designers or amateur seamstresses, the venture called the House of Cloth was born. Its main goal is to streamline the work process while providing access to diverse professional equipment and services and a comfortable and creative physical space, thereby encouraging independent work in the field.

WeWork is negotiating a deal to lease half of the ToHa office tower, which is currently being built on Totzeret Ha'Aretz Street. It is estimated that rents in the common workspace will range from 70-80 NIS per square meter.
Mindspace, the co-working spaces chain, has rented four additional floors of 3,500 sq.m. in Zion House on Rothschild Boulevard and will increase the existing Rothschild branch to 5,200 sq.m.
The opening of the new space is expected at the beginning of next year.
